Lobby Level

Times Square Ballroom and Balcony Café
The Times Square Ballroom is the newest addition to our extensive meeting space and covers 4,182 square feet divisible by three and is attached to our unique Balcony Caf笠The space features electronic, sound proof air walls and space saving built in projection and screens that can be purchased through our in-house audio visual company. The Times Square Ballroom is an excellent compliment to our Broadway Ballroom allowing us to meet and feed up to 600 people. The Balcony Café next door makes the perfect venue for a reception or banquet, enjoying natural daylight from floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights. The Balcony Café measures 2,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 160 guests banquet style.

4th Floor

Broadway Ballroom
Our versatile ballroom covers 6780 square feet in total, and sub-divides into four smaller rooms, Acts I, II, III and IV (between 1500 and 1800 square feet each). The room has no columns, offering unobstructed views from any point in the room, and enjoys a generous ceiling height of 15 feet at its lowest point. Located on the 4th floor, the ballroom is our largest single space and can be used in conjunction with the Atrium pre-function space to provide an impressive setting for either meetings or banquets.

Rooms 401 / 402, 403 / 404, 405 / 406
These rooms are ideally located to serve as breakout rooms for a larger event, or for smaller meetings or lunches in their own right. Each set of two rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests theater style when fully opened up or they may be divided if required. They each have a ceiling height of 9 to 10 feet, and cover between 800 and 1100 square feet.

Room 407
This room is located opposite the ballroom entrance and holds up to 55 guests theater style. A ceiling height of 9 feet and an area of over 600 square feet make it a flexible addition to this floor.

5th Floor

501 / 502
This pair of rooms divides if required and holds up to 100 guests theater style. The floor area is just under 1000 square feet.

504
This room can accommodate up to 55 guests theater style, with a ceiling height of 9 feet and a floor area of just under 600 square feet.

505, 506, and 507
These three rooms all benefit from natural daylight and a superb view of Broadway. Similar in size, they can each hold up to 40 guests theater style or 36 banquet style, making them ideal for a meeting and lunch combination.

508
This room is ideal for smaller meetings and holds up to 27 guests theater style.

509 and 510
These two rooms hold up to 85 guests theater style when fully opened, and divide into two if required. Total floor area is just under 800 square feet and the ceiling height is 9 feet.

15th Floor

1501 and 1502
These two specially designed boardrooms both enjoy stunning views and can each accommodate up to ten guests boardroom style for a meeting.

1503, 1504, 1505, 1506, 1507
These five rooms are all similar in design and can each hold up to 45 guests theater style. 1504 and 1507 offer spectacular views over Manhattan, and the ceiling height in all rooms is just under 9 feet, making them ideal for presentations involving audio-visual equipment.

46th Floor

Executive Boardroom
There can be few more impressive places to hold a boardroom meeting than in this newly renovated room which overlooks the Manhattan skyline. The room is large enough to accommodate 14 guests boardroom style, with ample space to set coffee or a working lunch within the room.

AMA Management Center New York

The AMA Management Center is comprised of 18 training rooms ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1600 square feet. Each room is appointed with fully adjustable ergonomically correct conference chairs and 5' x 22" meeting tables. All rooms have state of the art lighting, temperature control and audio-visual equipment, and are suitable for sessions of 10 to 20 people.

The Management Center also houses 20 project rooms without built-in audio-visual, but equipment may be rented. These rooms are suitable for up to 10 people.

For all rooms, vaulted ceilings enhance the acoustics in the room. Wall easels are built into closets and hanging easels hang from an "Info-rail". Each room has whiteboards and magnetic boards, and magnetic walls used to display flipchart paper.
