Chef Imitiaz Ahmed oversees all culinary aspects at the hotel. Born and trained in Pakistan, Chef Imitaz has more than 30 years experience with our hotel chain and has served countless dignitaries from around the world, including Prince Charles and Princess Diana. His award-winning cuisine has been recognized by our guests, critics of our restaurants, and social functions held at the hotel.
Lobby Bar
When touring the city that never sleeps, you need to start your day with a
delicious cup of “get-up-and-go” from our Lobby Bar Starbucks Station. We
also feature a selection of fresh fruit, muffins and Danish for your
breakfast pleasure from 6:30 am to 11:30 am.
For drinks and conversation, our lobby bar provides an intimate meeting place. It was designed by world-renown designer Adam Tihany and features creative cocktails, tempting appetizers and an excellent selection of wines and champagne by the glass.
Samplings Restaurant
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, our signature restaurant overlooks the bright lights of Broadway. Start your day with a hearty breakfast, then try our wide selection of soups, salads and sandwiches at lunchtime, or choose from the light and imaginative à la carte menu, perfect for pre- or post-theater dining. Samplings Bar is a popular venue for a cocktail before heading out for the evening.
